Dulce Belcher Albers, possesses a wide variety of expertise in multiple fields. She is a Registered Nurse, CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) in training, and a Goldman Sachs 10KSB Alumni. Her years of experience have included a variety of consulting as well as entrepreneurial endeavors. Just behind the love for her three successful children and her husband, you will find the passion she has to care for others. Dulce began the first 17 years of her professional career as an ICU and Life Flight nurse at Stanford University as well as a nurse educator. After a short time as the Director of Client Services and a Senior Anthem Account Representative for a Non- Emergency Transportation Company, Dulce pursued her dream of being a business owner when she became a partner and co- founder of Northern Indiana Oil LLC dba Pure Edible Oils and IMB Development LLC. Currently, Dulce is Founder and President of IMB Development LLC, a woman and minority owned certified company focusing on facilities management, business development, accounting, healthcare, HR, and IT. Dulce is a key figure and consultant for RC Enterprise LLC, a 100% service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) that provides construction, transportation, and healthcare services primarily for Veterans across Indiana and other neighboring states.
